Efficacy of entomopathogenic fungi against chrysanthemum aphid, Macrosiphoniella sanborni (Gillette)

چکیده

An experiment was carried out to evaluate different entomopathogenic fungi against chrysanthemum aphid, Macrosiphoniella sanborni (Gillette) under laboratory conditions at Biocontrol Laboratory, N.M. College of Agriculture, Navsari Agricultural University, during 2019-20 and 2021-21. The pooled mean corrected percent mortality revealed that among all the tested 4g/L, Verticillium lecanii found superior over rest treatments by recording highest (53.66%) aphids, M. it followed Metarhizium anisopliae Beauveria bassiana with 36.84 32.61 mortality, respectively. lowest per cent aphid recorded Nomuraea rileyi (25.55%). chemical check, Dimethoate 30 EC 1ml/L aphids (77.82 %) treatments.
